Hosting Agreement Updated

Please note that the WCN Hosting Agreement has been updated. Main changes are:

  1. The addition of new requirements for notification of contact detail changes
  2. Requirement to absolve Wellington Region 2020 Communications Trust of any legal liability for any legal action taken over the content of a WCN member’s website.
  3. Requirement that WCN member’s are responsible for the full and functional backups of their websites.
  4. A note about the availability of smaller versions of the two required logos has also been added along with the WCC preferred url of ‘http://www.wellington.govt.nz’ instead of ‘http://www.wcc.govt.nz’.
  5. Re-wording of the final clause about failure to meet these conditionsWe suggest that you print a copy of the Hosting Agreement for your records.
